A: Quantity, 3D CAD files (STEP files preferred). 2D drawings (.pdf preferred) to convey requirements not included in 3D CAD (i.e. materials, threaded holes, tolerances, finishing required, inspection requirements, etc.), and any other notes or details you would like to convey.
A: Due to the wide range of scope & complexity of projects that move through our shop, there is no such thing as a “standard” lead-time. We strive to meet customer requirements and once we have reviewed a project, we are up-front about what is feasible. We routinely hear from customers that are amazed by our lead-times.
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to rework customer-supplied components or parts that have been manufactured elsewhere.
A: We currently hold ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certifications, integrated QMS, cloud-based ERP system, non-destructive testing (NDT) services, leak testing and certification. Please see our quality page for more detailed information.
